In our agency business, we collect, hold, use, and disclose to third parties, personal information for a number of reasons;
l To carry out appointments as sales agents for clients selling their properties;
l To carry out appointments as property managers for rental property owners, which includes processing tenancy applications and managing tenancy relationships and the tenanted property;
l To promote and market our services and the products and services of third parties (we will only use your personal information for this purpose and will not disclose it to third parties). This may include periodic mailings containing information on new products, recently listed homes for sale or rent and upcoming events, which we think you will find interesting. If at any stage you decide that you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by following the Opt-Out Procedure and we will ensure that your name is removed from the relevant list;
l To provide information on and promote properties for sale. It may be necessary for us to forward your personal information to the appropriate independently owned and operated First National member or business partner who is best positioned to assist with your particular request;
l To provide information on and promote properties for rent.
l To reply to enquiries and information requests made by individuals;
l For internal business processes such as market research and billing; and
l Where required by law.
Other than as stated in the statement, Runcorn First National Real Estate does not rent, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information to non-member companies or organisations without having first obtained your consent to do so.
