Ian Fraser
Non-Executive Chairman
Ian Fraser was appointed to the RP Data Board as an independent Director in September 2006. His position as Non Executive Chairman was announced at the AGM on Thursday 23rd October 2008. Mr Fraser is a Chartered Accountant and former Senior Partner with KPMG. He retired from KPMG on 30 June 2004 after 27 years as an audit and corporate advisory partner. Currently, Mr Fraser is a Director of the following companies:
- Wilson HTM Investment Group Limited
- South East QLD Water Corporation Ltd
- Property IQ NZ Ltd
- Pemsoft Pty Ltd
- Diversified Mining Services Limited
Mr Fraser is also a member of the Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority Board, the Honorary Treasurer of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Queensland Division and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee.
Mr Fraser previously held Directorships on the following boards:
- Enertrade (QLD Power Trading Corporation)
- Cellnet Group Ltd
- Childcare Centres Australia Ltd
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Ted Pretty
Non-Executive Director
Ted Pretty was appointed to the RP Data Board in October 2005. Mr Pretty has been a Senior Executive in the Technology, Telecommunications and Information Technology Industries with experience at both Board and Senior Management levels. Until August 2005, Mr Pretty spent eight years as an Officer and Senior Executive of Telstra Corporation Limited. During that period he held various roles including as head of Telstra’s Technology, Retail and International Divisions as well as Chairman of Sensis, Telstra’s media and Directories business.
Mr Pretty currently has roles in the following companies:
- Executive Director at Macquarie Capital Advisers Limited
- Member of the Macquarie Group of Companies
- Chairman of Fujitsu Australia Limited
Previously, Mr Pretty was Director of WebAlive Technologies Pty Ltd, Non Executive Chairman of Allegro Networks Ltd and Director of Australian Nuclear Science Technology Organisation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from Macquarie University.
Kenneth DeGiorgio
Non-Executive Director
Ken DeGiorgio was
appointed by First American Core Logic Holdings Inc. (FACL) to the RP Data Board
in August 2006. Mr DeGiorgio is currently Senior Vice President, General Counsel
of The First American Corporation, a Fortune 500 company listed on the New York
Stock Exchange, which is also the parent company of FACL. Before joining The
First American Corporation, Mr DeGiorgio was an attorney in the Los Angeles
office of White & Case LLP, an international law firm headquartered in New York
City. Mr DeGiorgio holds a Bachelor of Arts from Harvard University, a Master
of Business Administration degree from the Anderson Graduate School of
Management at UCLA and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los
Angeles School of Law.
Jerald L. Hoerauf
Non-Executive Director
Jerry Hoerauf was
appointed by FACL to the RP Data Board in August 2006. Mr Hoerauf has over 30
years' experience in the real estate and credit information services industry
in the United States. In 1986, he launched and operated the predecessor
company to the current FACL business while at TRW Information Systems &
Services. During the past 20 years, Mr Hoerauf has led the acquisition and
integration of more than 25 companies that have been consolidated into FACL.
He is currently the Executive Vice President of Business Development for
FACL and is responsible for mergers and acquisitions for that group on a
global basis. Mr Hoerauf holds degrees in Economics from The University
of California, Santa Barbara and a Masters in Business Administration
from California State University, Fullerton.
Graham Mirabito
Managing Director and CEO
Graham Mirabito joined RP Data in October 2005 as CEO and was previously the Managing Director, Asia Pacific for Netcracker Technology, a Boston-based global software company servicing the telecommunications sector. He has over 25 years experience in the information technology industry including 10 years in engineering and 15 years in sales, marketing, operations, mergers and acquisitions and general management. Previous positions held by Mr Mirabito include Direct of Solutions and Innovation (Telstra), General Manager Enterprises (Solution 6), Chief Operating Officer (Julia Ross Recruitment) Managing Director Telstra United Kingdom (Telstra) and National Sales Manager (Telstra). Mr Mirabito holds an Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Queensland University of Technology.
